　　Wang Jincai was born in Xing'an League of Inner Mongolia. He loved painting since he was a child. After years of unremitting efforts to form his own style, his works have been included in many classics, such as the list of Chinese painters and calligraphers in the past century, the master of Chinese painting and calligraphy, and the collection of fine works of famous Chinese painters and calligraphers. Now he is a national first-class artist, a national first-class calligrapher and a national first-class art master! Vice chairman of the Council of Chinese enterprise art capital. 　　王金才生于内蒙古兴安盟，自幼喜欢绘画，经过多年不懈努力画法以形成自己的风格，作品入编《百年中国书画家名录》《中国书画艺术大家》和《中国书画名家精品集》等多部典籍。现为国家一级美术师，国家一级书法师，国家一级艺术大师！中国企业报道艺术资本理事会副主席。中国书画艺术委员会委员，山东省儒学文化儊进会常务理事，中南海国礼艺术家曾为北京中国东方美术馆艺术家协会会员，曾创作油画4米长卷百牛图，2019年创作完成长卷巨作中国画：70米长960豪米宽长卷56朵牡丹花《顶盛中华》为新中国成立70周年献礼。长五十米，的油画《万牛大世界》曾在2021年春节在中新视频，央视频，和央广视频播出.2021年又创作完成了100米长卷《万牛腾飞》巨幅长卷！为中国共产党建党100周年献礼！书画作品被海内国际书画愛好者，和国际友人收藏！作品在新加坡，马来西亚，韩国，中国澳门等国家和地区巡展！
