　　Artistic achievements

　　Guo Yinfeng was born in Qingyang, Gansu Province in 1949. He joined the army in 68 years. He successively worked in the Tibet Military Region, Chengdu Military Region, Xi'an Second Artillery Engineering College of the people's Liberation Army, and Xi'an Political College of the people's Liberation Army, holding the rank of regiment commander and Colonel. In 1994, he worked in the general office of Shaanxi Provincial People's Congress as a department level inspector.

　　Among the award-winning works are Guo Yinfeng's oil painting after school, which won the first prize of the national painting and calligraphy exhibition in 1988. The traditional Chinese painting "Ode to the Yellow River" won the highest award of "international Merit Award" in the 2002 Korean international calligraphy and painting competition; In 2009, the traditional Chinese painting "the painting of plum blossom with cold fragrance" won the first prize in the national traditional Chinese painting exhibition. In 2011, Guo Yinfeng held a high-level art seminar in the Great Hall of the people in Beijing.

　　Chinese painting "my classmates" won the first prize of the 14th National Song of the earth painting and calligraphy exhibition in 2010; In 2012, Guo Yinfeng held a painting and calligraphy exhibition in the Louvre, France, which caused a sensation in the French painting and calligraphy circles; From 2012 to 2015, Shaanxi Fine Arts Publishing House, China Post publishing house and China Culture Publishing House successively published picture albums, which introduced Guo Yinfeng's artistic achievements in calligraphy and painting. In 2021, Guo Yinfeng's simplified cursive font was included in the list of representative works of human intangible cultural heritage in Lanting font library.

He was rated as an excellent people's artist in 2015 and a good brand influential figure in China in 2017, In 2020, he was awarded the title of "people's artist" in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China in 2021.

　　艺术成就

　　郭银峰作品油画《放学以后》获1988年全国书画展一等奖。国画《黄河颂歌》获2002年韩国国际书画大赛最高奖“国际功勋奖”;国画《梅花寒香图》2009年获全国国画展一等奖2011年,郭银峰在北京人民大会堂举办个人书画展高层艺术研讨会。国画《我的同学》获2010年全国第十四届大地之歌书画展一等奖;2012年，郭银峰在法国卢浮宫举办书画展，轰动法兰西书画界;2012年——2015年，陕西省美术出版社、中国邮政出版社和中国文化出版社先后出版画册，邮集介绍郭银峰书画艺术成就；2021年，郭银峰简化行草字体被国家录入《兰亭字库》人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录中。
