张东平，湖南冷水江市人，中国书法十六格创始人，中国美术家协会会员，中国书法家协会会员，中国未来研究会会员，香港文联美术家协会副主席，中国国际报告文学研究会会员，中国国际书画艺术研究会会员，中国华夏万里行书画家协会会员，中国诗酒文化协会理事，中国书法家协会高级注册教师，国家一级美术师，文化部高级美术师。

艺术简历

先师从著名花鸟画家杜洪昌先生，从花鸟画入手，以画虾见长。又先后受业于人物画家李梵伕、著名书法家杨志恒先生、著名花鸟画家郝良彬先生，著名音乐制作人臧云飞先生的传授，为其书画打下了坚实的传统根基。2016年参加天津美术学院教授、硕士生导师何延喆北宗山水高研班。2019年参加中国人民大学艺术学院中国书画创作研修班。多年来深入研究中外美术史，并经常到自然中体验和写生，为其创作积累了生活素材，开启了灵感源泉。其画风集众家之长，以诗、书、乐入画，造境深远，笔墨紧随时代。作品多次入选展事活动并获奖，并受到社会和多方媒体的关注和好评，并入刊中华人民共和国年鉴等多种国家一级书刊且出书《人民艺术》张东平专辑，其《墨虾图》等作品被中国国家博物馆和全国人大常委会办公厅人民大会堂管理局等多家国家重要堂馆及国内外博物馆、美术馆、艺术馆收藏。中共中央对外联络部将其作品作为外事礼品赠予俄罗斯联邦驻华大使馆大使杰尼索夫等多国领导人。
